Plan to visit us and stay a while in Nelson County. We are surrounded by orchards and the County offers a wide variety of restaurants and bed and breakfast/inn options. The closest B&B is just four miles away at Lovingston, and lovers of our Vegan wines can find hospitality at the region's only vegan B&B less than 20 minutes away.With eight other wineries in the County you can learn much about Virginia's booming wine industry with a short stay in this lovely part of Jefferson's Country.
The winery is open for tours and tasting, Wednesday through Sunday, from 11 AM to 6 PM, March through October. In November and December we open at 11 AM and close at 5 PM. If you call us at 434-263-5392 at other times we may be able to open up for your visit. In January and February we are often open on the weekends, please call for information.
From Charlottesville, take US 29 south for about 30 miles to the intersection on the right of SR 718 (Mtn Cove Rd) and follow the Grape Signs. From Lynchburg, take US 29 north, past the Nelson County High School and turn left on SR 651. Follow the grape signs for 3.5 miles to the winery.
